Black mold on the sheets, bugs in the bed, and incredibly rude staff. I asked for a refund and the receptionist called the cops on me. She was yelling belligerently and this was in front of children.

For instance there is a chunk of hair stuck on the wall of the shower. And recognized someone punched a hole in the bathroom room door noticed the clerk right away so I’m not blamed or accused of doing it.

I have pictures of mold. Room smelled very bad of mold. Staff said all the rooms smelled that bad and refused refund. Expedia didn't help at all. Alot of homeless people walking around and money being transferred in parking lot.

Upon checkout the lady at the desk was very inconsiderate of my time she was in the phone blowing kisses and saying I love you while we stood there after hearing her answer the phone and saying I’m not busy just got some people standing in front of me . But it was somewhere to stay the night before our cruise

The floor was gritty as though sand was tossed on the floor the room smelled like a wet basement sheets was not clean the only clear channel to watch was a latin channel. would not recommend unless they are a drug addict

ALthough the room was clean there was bleach like cleaner used very heavily and not wiped up on the mirror, TV and dresser where it had run down and puddled on the dresser. The smell was strong and we had to let the room air out some before we could go in.
