喜歡：整潔度和員工素質
Location is nice; in a historic city an hour from Orlando, nice view of the Indian river right across the street. The front facade of the building looks beautiful and new, but the rest of the exterior of the hotel looks old and run down. The reception area also looks old and dingy, but luckily the inside of my room looked very fresh, new, and clean, although some areas of the floor did leave our feet dirty. The complementary shampoo and soap smelled wonderful, and all utilities/features worked as they should. That said, the first night we were there the beds had no blankets; only had a sheet and coverlet about as thin as the curtains. The next day when I went to ask for more I was given actual blankets and informed them that there were none to begin with. The towel exchange was always promptly completed, but we didn't get back as many items as we put out (one towel short and no washcloths), which made showering difficult. There was also no tag in the room to indicated whether we wanted room cleaning. Both mornings I attempted to go to the front desk around 10 AM it was locked with no one around, including when we were rushing to check out to make our flight. I do have to say that the gentleman who checked us in was absolutely delightful. It was around 1:20 AM, but he was incredibly friendly, personable, and helpful and made a stressful night much better.
