Wonderful staff, great amenities and a close walk to the beach. Complimentary breakfast was plentiful and the pool area was well maintained and great for both kids and adults. The hotel itself had a fun, retro design but still felt new and modern. Great option in Cocoa Beach, would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

I stayed here in Aug/2025, and the room I was assigned had roaches. The receptionist was nice, and said they had sprayed recently, and I was probably seeing some kind of bug but it's Florida and it's to be expected. I didn't want to argue but I know what roaches look like. I was offered a $20 voucher to the restaurant. The second room ALSO had roaches, but it was late at night and I was so tired, that me and my family stayed. I also prepaid for the whole weekend and didn't want to argue for a refund. I was careful to keep my suitcases closed, and stayed out of the room as much as possible. I saw roaches coming out of the AC unit and small ones in the bathroom YIKES! I did think the swimming pool was nice, and the 2-3 times I ate here (pizza and chicken strips for the kids, plus cocktails) the food was nice, and customer service pleasant. The breakfast was also nice and there was variety for everyone. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again due to the ROACHES in the two rooms I was assigned.

We only stayed one night. The staff at the front desk was so nice and welcoming. The room was a typical “beach” room. The pool looked amazing and it looked like families were truly enjoying themselves We would definitely stay there again

The ocean was not visible from our room but that was ok as we were o.ly there really for over night. The staff was really pleasant and easy to work with and it was easy access to our car and then our destination. There was really only one issue that had us concerned was when we first enered the room there was a bug crawling up the wall so we checked beds and didn't take our luggage in and washed our clothes in the laundry.after taking showers and immediatly left afrer shower and waited on each other outside at the pool.and breakfast area. Don't know if it was just s fluke but was taking no chances

Okay, I wanted to love this place. The room was so cute. The pool was nice and clean. I loved the space we got, the balcony facing the ocean, etc. I would 100% go here again ... If it weren't for two things. One, roaches. I got up in the middle of the night and found them in the bathroom. Two, we woke up with random water all over the floor with no clear sign of it's origin. It was honestly more creepy than concerning bc it was literally in random puddles several feet away from each other. Honestly, I would have brushed it off and moved on, but we had shopping bags on the floor by the bed that got drenched and it made the new clothes stink.

My friends and I had a great time! The staff were incredibly helpful and the location was perfect. Great shopping and dining options nearby and only a short walk to the beach.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. The staff, cleanliness, breakfast, location, amenities EVERYTHING. I will definitely be back. This hotel was close to shopping and dining, the beach, had options to use computer and print if needed. They also had great options on site. They give you access to beach equipment if wanted included. Great job staff at making your guests feel welcomed.

The lazy river area is definitely the highlight of this property! Movie night was special too. Breakfast was good! Some things could be upgraded but it is fine overall! Convenient parking, location, & walkable to the beach, mini golf/ice cream, etc.

I booked this room because it looks like it has a lazy river pool. It is shaped like one, but it does not enable you to float around, so it is the same as any other pool but with less space due to the shape. The room was just ok. Various stains on furniture, wear and tear. After 9pm the music speakers outside our door/window by the pool (we were poolside) were too loud. Management turned the volume down as soon as I asked them to. There were many baby roaches in the bathroom. Breakfast was very good with many choices, and the check-in staff was friendly. I would rather pay money for oceanfront (comparable in price) because of the pool not being a true lazy river.
