Definitely a great stay for the price and location near the Port. I was scheduled to come in later that evening however, my flight was changed to an earlier time. I sent a message asking, if I could do an early check-in and within minutes I had a response that my room was ready for me. If you need a place to stay before your cruise, I recommend staying at the Bonsai- A Modern Motor Court.

I arrived at night and there is no check-in or reception, you just get a room number and access PIN to open the door via email. No outlets to charge your phone anywhere near the bed. There was only one accessible outlet that was on the opposite site of the room from the bed where the refrigerator is plugged in. Room was clean but there was an ant crawling up the wall by the bed when I first got in. Then there was a small roach climbing the wall in the bathroom. It is located close to a very busy train line, but they do supply you with ear plugs. Check out is 10am and they come knocking if you're not out of the room.
