The ONLY reason i gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because when i checked in ran my card then again at check out cause they changed operating system over night. Well this made it so they held $600 for almost a week for a $300 1 night stay! The other reason was that at check in on a Tuesday they told us breakfast was 7am-10am so when we went down at 8:59 there was nothing really left cause its 6am-9am on weekdays as the kitchen staff informed me.The security at this hotel was very nice, had to have key card to use elevators an someone was always at front desk. Beautiful patio to sit at with fireplace, an was a couple min walk to fiserv forum, riverwalk, places to eat/drink. Besides the card &breakfast snafu this was a fantastic hotel.

Limited parking. Beware! The parking garage is a haven for car theft. The morning we left, there were cars broken into.

Only thing that was a slight negative was the breakfast. A couple of items ran out and took a while too replenish and there were paper plates that didn't hold much weight.

We stayed the night after seeing a show at Fiserv, and it was really convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Would certainly stay again!

Nice area. Lots of choices of eating places. Clean and new looking. Comfortable bed and room darkening shades. Found traffic noisy.
Bathroom should have a night light but the whole room lit up when I got up at night.
Good breakfast that I enjoyed.

Staff was super friendly, the room was clean and the pillows were fantastic! The valet service was extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

I broke down in Chicago on my way and immediately called hotel to tell them. As I stood on the side of a congested highway in the pouring rain, the person I spoke to said you need to contact Expedia because the room was booked through them. I explained I was broken down in the rain and couldn’t access my email in fear of battery on phone dying and still got a response of then you will be marked as a No Show. Once I was safely towed and at a hotel, I went onto Expedia. I spoke with someone from Expedia and was told I had to call the Hyatt. I called the Hyatt again as I was booked for two days and spoke with another individual who informed me I was marked as a No Show and if Expedia contacted them they could help with a possible refund on my credit card for the $489 charges but other than that he couldn’t help me and HUNG UP on me. I did file a claim as I did pay for the insurance but as of this date when I login that site still nothing as far as being refunded.
