Booked a double queen room, when we got there they only had a single king available. When we got to the room and pulled out the pullout couch there was no mattress. I went to the front desk and was told there aren’t mattresses on the pullouts and was given a pillow and a blanket for my daughter to sleep on. Needless to say we all slept in the king. Why would I pay for a double queen room for 3 of us to share a bed. Highly unsatisfied.

This property could be ok. It is older. They have done some remodeling but could use some new paint. Clean the hot tub and pool area. The chair in our room had the seat cover basically off. But the biggest thing was the comforter cover looked dirty and stained, but even worse when I took the cover off the comforter had a big pee stain on it. I mean it smelled like it had been washed but cmon, why would you put that on there. They did immediately give me a new one and apologize. The staff was friendly. Breakfast had a lot of things not stocked and the eggs and sausages were cold because the warmer wasn’t turned on or broken. Also they had an awesome conveyor automatic pancake maker but the mix bag was empty. No one seemed to be on top of anything. No towels in the pool area, cream cheese was empty. Bagels were there though. It just seemed not managed well and things were overlooked. I wouldn’t stay here again unless some changes were made. I hate giving negative reviews but the pee stain made me want to puke.

Bed sheets in poor condition. Continental breakfast was OK but didn’t have as many choices as a lot of them do. Price was good so you get what you pay for so fair enough.

Staff wasnt very forthcoming or helpful. I had noticed that a few items were left in the room that i was in literally right after checking out. They wouldnt do anything about it. They wouldnt open the door with me to grab the items i had forgotten. I can see if it was how many days later but this was literally 5 mins after. Staff had blazing red eyes as if they were under the influence. Will never go back!

The room was a nice size and everything was clean. Sam at front desk was pleasant. However, at breakfast all the eggs were gone, as was all the fruit, mainstays of my breakfast. No elevator was also a problem for us on the second floor. Pool said open until 11 but all lights were off both nights of our stay. Probably wouldn't stay again.

Hot tub jets didn’t work in the first room they put me in. Breakfast was out of pancakes and i asked the guy to put in more mix and instead he turned the lights out in the breakfast area. Service was not good.

Clerk was very helpful letting me check in early. Room was very spacious, bed was really comfortable. Pool and hot tub looked well maintained but unfortunately wasnt able to use it due to my time restraints. Breakfast was pretty normal.

We stayed nine days me and my two sons on a trip we went last year had no problems this year. I never clean our room never changed our beds. Never gave us towels very dirty. Gonna understand a word. They’re saying the people always were very rude. very loud we brought it up to his attention on the manager he laughed. I will never stay there again

Don’t waste your money!

Room was supposed to be non smoking but reeked of smoke. Burn holes in bed spread. Went to the store and bought room spray to try to get rid of odors. Breakfast was very limited and not always ready in time. Looked more like toy food. No fruit options. Stayed for 5 nights and housekeeping came in once. Took towels & trash. Didn’t restock towels or toilet paper. Didn’t change sheets or even make the bed. I had to go to desk and get room supplies multiple times. Most definitely WONT be back!

just now on G Google Sam has so much hostility towards his guests - it smelled so good in there like dinner time & Sam asked if I would like to try some as he was cooking in back when I checked out today. I felt right at home and his kind words I needed more than he would even know. Definitely a place to stop for a good nights rest and maybe just maybe a taste of goodness that Sam whips up in the back! I even got a late check out with no issues - what that don't happen often. Loved my stay thank you for all the kindness shown To me all the way from Texas :)

Affordable yes, not very clean. Smells very damp and rooms need a thorough cleaning. Bathroom floor wasn’t properly cleaned before our stay, wet towels picked up excessive amount of dirt and hair off of floor. Shower curtain was moldy and heavily stained. Your location needs to have some training in the housekeeping dept.

Staff rude and not helpful as we sought to change a mistake we had made to our reservation. While they needed to refer us to hotels.com, they did so in a rude and unprofessional matter. When we called back to ask them to hold our room although we wouldn't be using the first night's reservation, they were rude and unhelpful again. And when we arrived to a room they said had been set aside for us since the day before, it was not clean/made up. (This was evidenlty the afternoon manager, a female. The younger muscled male day staff was helpful.)
