Everything was smooth- from checkin to check out. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. Place was quiet even though I know it was full with sport fans and a youth soccer tournament. I would definitely stay here again next time we’re in town.

Mandie at the Front Desk provided outstanding customer service; so professional, kind and welcoming. What a great representative of your business! When I asked about the whirlpool hours, and she had to let me know it was not currently functioning, and I admitted to a leg injury, she graciously upgraded me to a whirlpool suite! Wow!

We got a King bed with jetted tub. It was at the end of a hall so it was extremely quiet. The windows had black out shades so the room stayed dark so we could sleep in. Overall a great place to stay.

This was one of the best experiences we've ever had at a hotel! Staff member "OG" was absolutely amazing! He even served us breakfast and that meal was wonderful!

Team at reception was so quick and friendly at check-in, which was appreciated after a long drive/late check in. Rooms are clean, beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Seemed like a quiet area and heard no noise from hallways or around/above in room.

Friendly and Comfortable Stay in Verona

The staff here is incredibly friendly, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool area could be maintained/cleaned a bit better, but having those amenities is a huge plus. Would recommend including TVs with the ability to cast for those who prefer to stream instead of watch live TV.
