The staff is wonderful. The only negative is the bed mattress. It was so soft no support. Hard time sleeping my back ache was terrible. Hardly could walk the next day. Time to change mattress with some support

Parking wasn't good because snow removal was bad. However, front desk person shoveled out my car himself, he couldn't have been nicer and more proactive.
