「Amazing little INN! Love the charm of this place」

「You could not ask for a better hotel to stay at. I did make a very good decision to stay at this hotel.」

「This place is in very rough shape. It also has a very bad odor. The smoke detector in my room was ripped out of the ceiling and their were wires exposed! The smell was so bad I thought my clothes would stink the next day. It is extremely run down. The pool was empty and next to it was a snowblower and a jug of gas along with other random trash.」

「Ran out of breakfast items and utensils before end time. Hair in the shower and room.」

「Location for family reunion in Lake Mills was the only positive. Property was not well maintained. Bathroom floor was filthy. Hallways heavily scented. Room furniture in need of repair. Front desk clerk did not wear shoes. Difficulty communicating during checkout. Water had a terrible odor, specifically rusty, metallic smell. Purchased bottle water for washing face, brushing teeth, etc.」

「HORRIBLE! WORST hotel I’ve stayed at and I travel a lot! Curtain sheers were shredded. Visible stains on bedspreads but when I removed them, there were stains on the duvet underneath. Linens looked worse than my rags; thin, worn and not white. One had washcloths looked like it had been used to white up mud and then not bleached. When I opened the bathroom door, there was a very strong urine smell. I asked for bleach at the front desk and had to scrub the bathroom before we could use it....
