My stay was as good as can be expected, it was what came after that was not ideal. My husband and I were falsely accused of stealing from this hotel and the hotel even tried to charge my debit card an additional $250 before we came back in and proved our innocence with an officer. I do hope this hotel finds the thief who took their things, but it was not great getting a knock on my in-laws front door being accused of stealing, when we in fact did not. Other than that, the hotel was clean and staff was friendly. I am sure this is a one in a million chance that this happened to us- but for future reference, wrongful accusation is harsh and they could have acted differently towards us / asked us about it instead of assuming it was us.

Clean room and hotel. Love that there’s always hot coffee. Decent breakfast items, a few healthy options and variety would be welcome. Exit door on side of hotel that is supposed to be locked after hours was not, free access for anyone. Especially disappointing as this issue was highlighted and acknowledged after a previous visit. It is simply not safe.

In all 3 rooms reserved, none of the fridges were working properly. They weren't keeping cold. My brother's parfait he picked up the night before for breakfast was melty. I have food allergies so I have to bring my own food. I tested with drinks for a couple hours before transferring out of our cooler for the night. Our fridge door kept popping open and thought it was just the weight of drinks in it, so redistributed and positioned the fridge to the edge so when the cabinet closed the door couldn't pop back open. By morning, the food was still somewhat cold but not super cold as a fridge should have been. Since I can't just buy food from anywhere and it all has to be cooked from scratch, I had no other options to work with but risk it. Shortly after, I was sick from the potentially spoiled food. My point is make sure your equipment is working properly. It was also super hot inside that cabinet where it was kept like it was overheating inside it. I wish I would have caught on sooner, but it irritates me to spend the exorbitant amount of money on a room these days and cheap stuff not working or things were not really thought out well in the design. Additionally, the beds were hard as rocks for all 5 adults in different rooms, and the bathroom vents are lousy (perhaps too small to vent the space adequately).

Everything was clean, well stocked, hotel is quiet. Pillows are not very comfortable. I liked the black towel to remove makeup. That helps keep the white linens white. Loved the atmosphere and friendly front desk staff at check in.

I told the Desk staff that this was the best hotel stay I had had in recent years! We loved the room layout, esp. the separate bedroom. The gal at the front desk was the most pleasant and efficient I believe I've ever met. The amenities are terrific, including microwave and fridge tucked away behind a door. The (free!) breakfast area was top-notch and very welcoming. Location is Excellent!

Back for a Class Reunion

We were attending the 55th Class Reunion of my husband's High School Class. It was very important to my husband to attend this reunion and reconnect with those old friends and recall the fun and adventures of those long ago years as the class gets smaller. The Country Inn & Suites helped to make our experience just that much better. We thoroughly enjoyed the reunion.
