「First of all, I didn't pay for the Hot tub, but according to the picture you (or who ever) gave me, I paid for jacuzzi... For that price, I should get it, but no 👎 ... Condition of the facilities = himid and stale smell in the room, on the towels...etc, etc, ... Never again 」

Would not recommend this hotel to any friends or family. Did not have a free continental breakfast and charged another $30 in resort charges………for What????」

「room was clean and comfortable. had water problem which staff quickly addressed and relocated us to another room, again was clean and comfortable. numerous renovations going on. lake views great. good location, not crowded. restaurant excellent, food and service. enjoyable stay」

「When we first got here there was no staff on-site. I didn't have any information for my room because I booked my stay through a third party. The fire place didn't work, the jacuzzi was dirty, and there were bugs.」

「Felt it was an average place to stay. Not horrible but you get what you pay for. We chose it because it was close to an event we were attending. Would be nice to have some outdoor seating. The weather was fantastic so we left the property to enjoy it elsewhere. Rooms may have fresher looking paint (not fan of the blue color) but still feel like it’s dated. Bathroom shower heads need replacing. Bed was comfortable and having a mini fridge with a freezer was nice.」

「The staff couldn’t have been nicer! Our suite exceeded our expectations. We were celebrating our 30 year anniversary and they put a sign congratulating us on the wall of the elevator!
