「We've had a terrible stay. We were there for the 4th of July. Well first it took them hour - hour and a half to check us in. They have 2 locations, we booked the one with the pool but they tried to put us in a lodge on the other side of the property. When we finally got the room, it was a nice room, close to the pool but in order to get there you have to pass through the indoor pool and also the automatic door to get into the hotel on the side of the proprety where the room was didn't work so.」

「Mi estancia fue muy buenas, los desayunos muy limpios, la alberca limpia, solo me gustaría que el registro de entrada al hotel, fuera más temprano ya que lo tiene a las 3 p.m」

「This is a very nice and new hotel. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for the night. The breakfast was great. I would not recommend Room 101 as it’s next to the outside door and can get noisy.」

「Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. 」

「Even though we had a reservation and a confirmation, the clerk couldn’t find it. Our room was not clean- one bed had visibly dirty sheets. We asked the front desk to change them-they didn’t-so unacceptable. Every other hotel was completely booked, so we were stuck. We will never stay here again.」

「The young lady at check-in was lovely - sweet, and then very apologetic when my kid found glass in the pool. The room, aside from the faint stain on the ceiling/humid closet that smelled like mildew, and the carpet that felt like too much soap was used during carpet cleaning, was fine enough. Bed was comfy. The water pressure was intense: finding a setting on the shower head that didn’t feel like I was being sand blasted was tricky, so kids got baths. I’m not one to complain, but once I noticed...

「We had a great 2 day stay for a wedding. The Governor had ample space, 2 bd 2 bath. So clean. Beautiful view of the lake. Close to everything in downtown Lake Geneva ... perfect!」
