「We were the black people and we were treated as such constantly being watched couldn't really enjoy the scenery ill never be going back here ever again」

「We've had a terrible stay. We were there for the 4th of July. Well first it took them hour - hour and a half to check us in. They have 2 locations, we booked the one with the pool but they tried to put us in a lodge on the other side of the property. When we finally got the room, it was a nice room, close to the pool but in order to get there you have to pass through the indoor pool and also the automatic door to get into the hotel on the side of the proprety where the room was didn't work so.」

「The Geneva Inn was a pleasant surprise! It is a charming boutique hotel- very well-kept. We enjoyed the sizable room and a beautiful view of the lake. Would definitely stay there again!」

「Just loved staying here, met the owner and she was wonderful. The little details that they have all over the place is just great, you feel welcome. It's just over all a great place to stay if you're ever in lake Geneva, will be going back again.」

「We arrived at the hotel very late and discovered after checking in that the bed linen hadn't been changed. After speaking with the front desk, I was moved to a different room.」

「The young lady at check-in was lovely - sweet, and then very apologetic when my kid found glass in the pool. The room, aside from the faint stain on the ceiling/humid closet that smelled like mildew, and the carpet that felt like too much soap was used during carpet cleaning, was fine enough. Bed was comfy. The water pressure was intense: finding a setting on the shower head that didn’t feel like I was being sand blasted was tricky, so kids got baths. I’m not one to complain, but once I noticed...

「First off staff is excellent. Check in/ Parking getting settled in all 5 stars. Location also if you want to walk the shops and bars is perfect. It was a last minute booking and most of the hotels in the area were sold out. The room had a musty odor: it was humid upon arrival: temp was set at 75 I dropped to 71 and went to the pool for a couple hours & came back to the same warm humid room.. left again for food and drink. Returning hours later…barley any better the a/c took all night to cool...

「Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. 」

「Room 2474 has massive a leaky fridge that isnt very cold. The exhaust fan was noisy. We like to have shower caps, extra soap and makeup remover wipes in the room. The wipes will help protect the towels from makeup stains.」

「The Grand Geneva is a beautiful resort with great amenities and great staff. We enjoyed the spa, restaurants, lounge onsite Starbucks and outdoor pool. The resort still has so much more to offer! Awesome place.」
