「The Abbey Resort and Spa was spectacular! The staff from the front desk, restaurants, bars, spa, activities, security and cleaning were always helpful, considerate and attentive. Their communication via text messages and email to me before I arrived and during my stay kept me well informed. They have something very special here! I'll tell all my friends about the Abbey. I'll definitely return as well. Please keep the light on for me. 😉」

「I had to ask for my floors and hot tub to be cleaned. The tub was wiped but still had someone else’s pubic hair in it. There were ants climbing up my mattress and I ended up with bed bugs. 」

「We tried contacting management more than 5 times , first about a possible later checkout time and never received a call a text or email , so very poor communication . It snowed , no one put salt as there was ice , the porch light to unit didn't work dark and dangerous ,we are a older couple trying to get in the tub and drain didn't hold water , gathering room had no heat , can't watch tv from couch only from bed . The carpet was very in need of replacing and dirty, stained, had to go out to...

「This hotel was awesome. Location was great. Clean and spacious rooms. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was wonderful with hot and cold options, fresh fruit, pastries, oatmeal with lots of toppings. Amy is the breakfast lounge was a brite start to the day. She was very friendly and helpful. 」

「Great service. Only complaint would be on the pillows. They were too thick and they didn't have other sizes to spare, but hardly an issue and not something I would expect. It definitely will not stop me from returning. We enjoyed our stay!」
