「The little timber area was perfect for my 4yo. She really enjoyed it. They also have different activities for the kids during the day so it gives you some options if you don't want to be in the water park all day. Downtown Lake Geneva is also a short drive away if you want to get out of the resort. My biggest problem was the bed. It was very uncomfortable. The mattress was very hard. 」

「The fact that each unit has a different owner who updates and decorates as they wish is intriguing. However, I feel as if there will be inconsistencies from stay to stay for that reason. Our unit was much nicer and updated that our friends unit(237). The ceiling fan was inoperable in our unit (238), which contributed to a bit of frustration during the night when it would have helped. It was a bit disappointing that the outside hot tub had no heat. We were informed by lifeguards that it has not...

「In my stay experience the only thing I was concerned is the TV programming, maybe some people don’t care but I noticed that is no Spanish programming to see on the TV . Maybe if you add Spanish channels at the TV programming will be better. 」

「Our room had a fireplace but when we turned it on it had a little smell. Not of gas. Maybe it was just not used recently so we turned it off. Our coupon for breakfast was great. The only thing was my coffee cup was so hot it almost burnt my lips every time I took a drink. It wasn’t the coffee it was my cup.」

「The best thing about this hotel was the staff. They really went above and beyond, and were so friendly. They treated us like family. The second best thing was the complimentary breakfast buffet. There were many hot and cold choices, and everything was delicious. The hotel is also only minutes from stores, restaurants, and downtown Lake Geneva.」
