「Breakfast was wonderful! The waffle station stayed clean, and all the food was fresh and perfectly warm. The oatmeal was also really good! The room temperature was well-maintained, and the room was so clean that I felt comfortable walking around barefoot.」

「We reserved a room for 4 guests. Our room only had 2 towels. When the front desk was paged, we were told to go get them from the lobby. I asked if they could be brought to the room and the gentleman was nice enough to bring them. Then, we realized that the room had no hand soap and no body wash. There was only one small bottle of shampoo, conditioner and lotion. For 4 people!? We also only had 1 roll of toilet paper (whatever was in the dispenser), when we called the front desk to get more, we...

「Manor on the Mile 2 is a clean, modern, and pristine rural property, away from, yet very close to many urban locations. We will definitely go back should when we need to stay in the area. Sweet host, too.」

「A staff member named Jeremy was extremely helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was ok with omelets, bacon and cube potatoes with the usual waffles, yogurt bar, etc. The laundry machines were complimentary. We would go back.」

「Our only issue was the pillows. Standard pillows on a king size bed does not work well. Also, pillow firmness options would be a very nice touch. Overall our stay was great and the staff was excellent. 」

「Vivian checked us in Saturday evening and she was wonderful. A very pleasant experience. We had an issue with the AC at first and she came up to the room personally to check it out. The AC had reset and started working as we met her at the door. Again, an exceptional employee. Mike was at the desk for checkout. He was not very personable at all and rude at times to the guests coming to counter.」

「Good stay overall. Enjoyed the separate bedroom. Both beds were good for sleeping but the sofa bed was terrible. The room is dated overall - carpeting and upholsterey were stained and old but the bar and washroom were good overall - well stocked. Fitness room was supposed to be 24 hr but since it was only accessible via the pool we were only permitted by select front desks attendants to use it after 11. Thanks L!! The connection to the pool is not very efficient since the heat from it caused...

「Horrible tv’s! Couldn’t find channels. So difficult to navigate. It would help to have some directions and a channel guide in the room. Also, a perk would be to have a water cooler in the lobby.」
