I went on Monday night and nobody is there to check you in. It was like an air b n b. Most restaurants are also closed on Monday, including the hotel.

The hotel was very nice the room what’s better than expected the staff were very nice. My only issue was I ordered a room with a pullout couch and I got an email the night before confirming everything and as I read it, they were going to charge me an extra $40 if I wanted to have sheets put on the pullout couch in the room I’ve already paid for….

Place was super clean and really cool…vintage!! Only negative is when you get there you have to call the front desk to be buzzed in. Also parking is a little difficult unless you stay on the weekends and you can just park on the street.

The front desk woman looked very unprofessional and was overwhelmed with taking a personal call and letting the guests trying to check in just wait. She wasn’t rude but looked old and not very computer savvy.when I left, I dropped the 2 key cards off and the front desk woman couldn’t even look up to say a word. Just a weird vibe. Old building and kinda broken down.

Great place to stay. Very close to everything we wanted to do downtown. Room was large and beds were comfy. Although breakfast is not included as stated. You just get a $10 voucher per person per stay to local restaurant. We know it was a voucher, but assumed you would get one per day not per stay.

We had a great stay. The room was very clean and the service was excellent. The only issue we had was controlling the heat. Our room was very hot. Other than that, we would definitely stay again.

Self-check-in was a little strange, but it you pay attention to their email instructions you'll be fine. The rooms are lovely, especially the one's over the street. The bar/restaurant in the lobby (not affiliated with the hotel) had amazing food, as did most of the shops we visited. Great, walkable part of town.
Cheese curds of course.
