Find Hotel with a Concierge in Downtown Milwaukee, WI

"The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were polite with every interaction. When called upon or not the staff were very helpful. The ambience said, “high-end and snooty”, but the staff were down to earth and accommodating. My friends and I had a tight schedule of activities outside of the hotel. Therefore, we feel like we missed some of the activities happening in the hotel. We want to plan another trip so that we can enjoy the inside of the beautiful hotel."

"Update: our recent stay was not as good. The bartender was easily the biggest jerk we've ever met in Wisconsin (typically everyone is pleasant). The TV didn't work and there's no one at the desk at night so we couldn't get it fixed. The "breakfast" was really thin. They did have an omelette station which was wonderful but that was about it. Not the same 5-star stay that we had in the past. Hopefully this is just an aberration and not a trend. This is a wonderful place to stay. The service is outstanding. There is a great Irish pub on the 1st floor. We're only 5 minutes from the Fiserv and Panthers Arena. The only downside is that there is very little parking but it's totally worth it!"

"I arrived and they couldn’t find my reservation. We waited over 20 minutes then they found us room. The beds were uncomfortable. The bedding was lumpy. We signed up for continental breakfast and it wasn’t on there. "
