Good luck getting housekeeping to clean your room we stayed 2 nights and 2 days housekeeping never came to clean. They said they cleaned every other day and they did not. Had to ask for towels and bring my own cleaning supplies

The location is nice and tucked away just a few steps from downtown which is convenient. The free breakfast was good and front desk was accommodating. Only issues were House keeping didn’t come too often and ran out of towels with no replacements. I would recommend staying here

A great hotel: clean, spacious, lots of amenities, and great staff. Upon arrival it took about 10 minutes before I was checked in; however, person at the desk was lovely. Sadly, my room was very cold and I had no control over the temperature. I reported the matter to the front desk twice before it was looked at. However, I was not advised how to change the temperature. I was allocated a 1st floor room directly opposite a car park. At 615 each morning I was woken up by what I think was a garbage truck. It was exceptionally noisy. I was impressed with the facilities in general and the front desk staff.

I didnt appreciate hearing the valets talk about fighting. Hurling F*** around. Shower has a lot of pink mold. Super Dusty. Only 2 bath towels for a suite?

Guest went out for a cigarette, was prompted by appearing homeless men about more cigarettes, when she said no they asked for the lighter and argued with her about that if she had “no cigarettes left”.

The price for our 2 queen bed room was good, and we were pleasantly surprised with how much space we had. Very convenient to have a dishwasher and microwave as well as a larger sized refrigerator. The room was clean and everything worked well. The hotel was a nice walking distance from the 3rd ward to go to restaurants and shops. My only complaint would be the lack of affordable parking locations, I had to use SpotHero to find one that wasn't $25 per night.
