"Staff very good but on Friday one young lady had to do reception, bar and restaurant which I felt was too much for her. However she cheerfully managed to help everyone eventually! Saturday morning the lift wasn’t working! "

"The hotel was very welcoming and the room was of a good size and clean. The shower and bathroom was clean and tidy. We had a very nice and comfortable stay."

"It delivered what we expected and no issues. Parking was opposite and not too expensive. Food and drink in pub downstairs. Clean linens and toiletries so it was good stay."

"Second stay in this hotel, the standards are still very good, the staff are friendly and efficent, the room was excellent with comfortable bed and superb shower. The carpet could do with a gunk removal, but it was mainly clean. The transport links are good to Waterloo and Docklands. Highly recommend it and I will use again."
