The bed was comfortable and tr train station was close.
Comfortable room with en suite shower room. Clean and spacious. In town so close to shops and entertainment. Close to transport links for Excel Exhibition centre and west end. Market day on a Friday.
Cheap but not cheerful. The bed was fine but the en-suite facilities left a lot to be desired - toilet in a cramped area & the sink directly opposite the small shower.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
They needs to improve in area cleanliness and to make sure all their toilets are better position before given out rooms key.
Not the nicest of hotels I'm afraid. Staff were friendly and helpful, but the room was not clean and very tired looking. Very little in the way of fixtures and fittings, not even a tv in the room. Won't be going back.
Room was disgustingly dirty and small
Shower was filthy and no hot water
Double bed pushed up against wall so only one side available to get in and out
Woke up this morning covered in bites
Staff not interested in my dissatisfaction
I also paid for delux double room and when I complained was told not a deluxe room but hotel was full.
Best thing that could happen to this disgusting hotel is to be demolished
I wouldn’t even give this girl a rating
I have also just got home and checked my card activity to find out that I have been over charged for my room

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Poor service delivery, they changed my booking to a basement room without my consent only to find out upon arrival and the hygiene leaves a lot to be desired as sewage was flowing all over the floors, maintenance issues so they said

Bad experience
It was a one of the terrible night I have been ever the bed was not clean and all my body is red spot I take the tablets for it to go away hopefully soon .
The room it’s self , was very bare and empty , a lot of dirty furniture and towels , the bathroom window was broken meaning we couldn’t close it , the shower had a door missing , so when you take a shower the water goes everywhere , beds we’re really old and uncomfortable and we had some dirty sheets and towels when we arrived , overall would not stay again very very poor

Had to pay a deposit for the room 6 weeks later it still has not been received even though they said it has been released
The hotel is not comfy.. the walls are not well maintained, the bathroom shower is broken and there was no apology after reporting it upon arrival. £50 damages fee was collected but it was returned after checking out. I feel it’s too much for a room that is not standard. The room door and lock are ancient and super weak, and it compromises security.
I booked deluxe double room but they gave us another. No one came for cleaning.Their look like old and dirty.Their small table fan's front part is broken. They tried to fix up but after some moment it was happeing the same incident.Shower room had no water protected glass.Overall I am feeling fade up.
Absolutely disgusting, floor was filthy and full of stains. Beds were full of stains & hairs so bed sheets/covers were not changed. Toilets didn’t work. Broken glass around the room and worst part was the bed were full of bed bug. They told me they had no more room so I had to go sleep in the car with my 2 kids because I wasn’t letting my kids sleep in that room.
Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was faling apart. Every fixture in the bathroom had been tried to repair with silicone. The bed was at least 10 years old, I have slept better on the ground.
The drain in the shower couldn't handle a shower longer than 2 minutes without it almost overflowing.
They charged a 50£ security fee. A fee that could replace everything in the room. That fee should have been refunded within 10 days of departure. A month later and I still haven't received anything.
Would never recommend anyone staying here.
First off, we arrived and we told our booking had been cancelled. I checked my email inbox to find an email from Hotels.com, to say the hotel had sent me a direct message - "Your booking has been cancelled". Not an official cancellation, no refund, nothing - just a direct message. The man behind the desk argued with us for ten minutes before I eventually just agreed to pay (again) by card as we were late for a family event nearby.
Secondly, the whole place was grotty and dirty, there were dirty handprints all over the walls, hair in the sink and everything smelt of cigarette smoke.
Thirdly, the lady in the room opposite us seemed to have a stream of visitors throughout the night, banging the door hourly and waking us up. The hotel has to buzz everyone in so was clearly aware of these men coming and going.
Fourth, we were charged £10 for parking, then directed to a service yard full of lorries.
Basically paid double for a vile room in a vile hotel, we would have just driven back home instead only the street was declared a crime scene whilst we were there and we werent able to retrieve our car for several days.
