「I think this should be a 3 or 4 star rating because the pools were so crazy busy the whole time due to the hotel allowing people to use the pools and water park for day use for a fee and not keeping it private for guests. 2 star cuz of the outrageous parking fees that I know most others charge as well but still. I’m giving a 5 star because of Eric at the flor rider. He was incredible teaching my kids and taking the extra time to make them feel comfortable, shout out to him」

「The motel was extremely dirty rundown not maintained breakfast is only boiled eggs There were several beehives at the entrance of the room door lots of roaches smelled like mold and mildew The front desk Matine and everyone at the front desk had no customer service skills and she explained how hard it was to get ahold of any managers to assist her with anything! AVOID this place lots of other hotels with a water park because this rundown dirty motel was not it! The WORST motel I have ever stayed...
