「The employee is very nice and the hotel is very clean.」

「The resort gives a great beautiful resort feel upon arrival and the variety of pools (with lots of chair options) you can go to is wonderful. However, the rooms are dated, house keeping either didn’t show up or didn’t come until nearly 7 pm. We stayed here for waterpark access but would have been better off paying for a day pass. Would not stay again as it’s not worth the price. 」

「While the staff was nice and the room reasonably clean(paper thin comforter has greyish stains) this hotel needs major renovations, it's quite old, don't know when it will actually convert to a Ramada. When we tried calling them before and during our stay with basic questions, their voicemail was Always full, not a good sign. One of the water slides wasn't working, the waters were ice cold, thought it was all heated. Our room smelled like smoke and weed, maybe it radiated from other rooms? ...
