This property is where we always choose to stay mainly because of the water park and it was amazing. The water was warm the towels were fresh, the music was enjoyable and the bar was open. The pool staff was very polite and friendly. The Villa was impeccable as alwayswe will always stay at the reunion. It was also a close drive to all of our destinations! Especially Disney.

Staff were lovely at check in and was VERY happy with the spacious accommodations for our family. However, simple and cheap updates to room and restaurants could really be used - I.e. paint refreshing, cleaning pictures hanging in hallways that have splatter marks of something on them, caulking replacement, fixing cabinets not closing or terribly askew, making sure TVs and remotes work, etc
Clearly not vacuumed or checked for garbage from previous tenants
Watermarks and stains on everything: mirrors, outside shower handles, door handles
Bathroom counters by faucets not cleaned - came up when I Clorox wiped myself

The resort is gorgeous, but the pool and water park close extremely early. One bed was broken when we arrived but would have been visibly in need of repair on cleaning. I'd prefer the resort fees be included in the pricing.

There was no room service. I called for tge beds to be made, garbage taken out and some towels and no one ever came. We were a family stayed 5 nights and the room was dusty, the lights in the bathroom did not work. The pool was perfect.

The villa was very spacious with a nice layout, but the living room furniture needs to be replaced in the unit we stayed in. The pool area/lazy river was very nice. The employees were sweet and helpful. We would stay here again.

Very nice and clean accommodations. The only negative was we were told our wristbands gave us access to all resort amenities, but they failed to mention there’s fees involved with everyone of them. The water park was awesome, but the food service there was pitiful. Stood in line for 45 minutes both times we wanted a drink or order food which is out of an adjacent food truck. My friend got the grilled cheese sandwich which wasn’t grilled and only had one slice of cheese. My cheeseburger tasted like low grade dog food. The golf and staff were very good and accommodating. And the villa pool was very clean.
