「First time staying here. The property is amazing for families. It’s very safe and secluded with a gated entrance. There plenty to do such as the arcade, movies, pool and activities. However, we were not able to get into our assigned place until 5pm. With 3 kids traveling over 6 hours and dinner plans, this was less than ideal. 「It would be better to specify (preferable in written) and inform the guest about the US$25 per day mandatory charge for hotel expenditure. Else, it will create grievances of the guest and conflict with front desk. The seating capacity of restaurant should be expanded especially during large conference/congress.」
