「Terrible stay! We checked out the next day. I simply cannot believe that this hotel is considered a four star hotel on Expedia. The room that my son and I were booked at looks like it has not been mortal since the 1990s furniture was broken down. There was a shock hazard/electrical wire hanging out from underneath the AC. The patio door does not lock at all. There were ants on the bed and a fly in the toilet, the door handle to the bathroom door was sticky. I honestly don’t know where to start...

「I wish I could think of one positive thing to say about my stay here. From problems at check in to being unable to contact anyone at the front desk. No hot water in the bathroom, a refrigerator that wasn’t cold. Putting a desk chair on rollers on a tile floor was a recipe for disaster as it slid out from under me and I fell. That was all topped off by coming back at the end of the day to find that my door had been left open by the cleaning staff. The woman who cooked the breakfast was very...

「The facilites are extremely outdated and you are met with a cigarette smell upon entry into the facility. I saw a live roach on the floor I was booked for. the carpet in my room was torn, the shower needed caulking and there was mold on walls. the cigarette smell permeated into my room as well. I was just generally uncomfortable for a $300 2 night stay. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly and were the only upside to my stay.」
