"La habitación estaba sucia el baño sucio el piso sin limpiar ,las mesas llenas de polvo ,me cuestionó si cambiaron las sábanas. Extractor de aire no funciona."

"Our room was very comfortable, the view was excellent off the balcony of the beach and ocean. our floors icemaker did not work for the duration of our stay five days, not even a sign out of order. Our batteries became low in our thermostat so I went to the front desk to pick up some batteries and they told me somebody would bring them up , two days later no batteries. Another odd thing was our room Telephone did not work however after three days, it suddenly worked again not sure if it was a line thing or the phone itself. Overall, the stay was nice. The pool area was nice, both pools. "

"My daughter and I stayed at the Sheraton Times Square for our weekend visit to the city, and I would absolutely stay there again! It was so walkable to everything we wanted to do, and I really appreciated that we were each given an included bottle of water from the hotel gift shop each day. The room was comfortable and clean, and all of the staff were very kind! The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, but we did not experience any noise or disruption. I hope to be able to come back to see what changes were made!"

"We were on a short holiday and the stay was great! The property is fun. The pool was amazing and so relaxing. The Havana bar makes the best coconut mojito of my life. The room had a comfy bed and nice pillows for which I was grateful. Everything we needed. I will say there was a random toothpick on the floor and a small bit of hair in the drain which was a bit disappointing but overall didn’t ruin our stay. I would stay here again especially for the price "

"Stay was great had a great time and staff was awesome!!! Disappointed our room did NOT have a coffee pot in it or a fridge like other hotels. Would have made our stay that much better! Cleanliness overall was good and atmosphere great with the exception of the pressure you feel regarding the "time share" sales. "
