「When we got to the room it was clean, went into the bathroom to take a shower and had to fix the knobs on the hot and cold since they were loose and falling off, had to tighten the shower head since it was loose and spraying water out of the back of it, counter is falling apart and pulling away from the sink, one thing that did work in the room was the tv」

「Amazing service and beautiful grounds, but rooms need an update. The hotel environment is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I also loved how functional and convenient the room amenities were—everything we needed was right there. However, I did notice that the facilities are getting a bit dated.
