When we arrived, we were greeted by Angela, the innkeeper. What a wonderful woman. A great host, a great cook, and a wealth of information about Williamsburg. "The pools and fitness area is top notch, not crowded. The area is manicured and plush. Could hear the train from Busch Gardens, loved that! The room was all we could ask for. This was a great min vacation!"

"Loved that the rooms were spacious and well equipped, especially that they upgraded us to a two room suite from a one for our party of 3 so everyone got a comfy bed! Also, there was a nice unexpected sun room in addition to the living area. Staff were friendly, grounds were pretty, good eating options nearby, felt safe walking around at night, and special bonus, we were able to re charge our kia ev6 there overnight"

"You do have a golf cart available in the front of the hotel. You really should have someone drive people to & from the parking lots. A few times coming in to the hotel at night there is insufficient lighting and no-one ever to ride you back from the parking lots."

"They back to timeshare asking after long check in to go for $150 for the meeting. But not big pressure. Check in took long but no people there. Pool outside was closed. "
