「It's a nice boutique guesthouse with personality. We stayed in apartment 5, it was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with linen, towels and toiletries. No complains with the kitchen. Excellent location, few steps from the beach. Safe and easy parking. The attention from the staff was outstanding. The AC made some weird noises, but we got used to them. I’d recommend it if you look for comfort, safety, and cleanliness without demanding luxury. 」

「We had to use a door lock code to enter the room. We were given the code by calling the number on a sign. We loved the outdoor fire pit and grills. The motel was very simple but had everything we needed. There was a back area where we could walk the dogs. The room was clean and the area quiet.」

This is not something that is made clear in the listing where it should be — upfront, before you book. We had no choice but to leave and book another place at our own expense. Looking at other reviews, we are clearly not alone. This keeps happening to guests, and the owner shows no interest in fixing the actual problem — which is the listing.
