Hidden gem! We stayed here for two nights and couldn't have been happier with our accommodations. From our arrival and meeting the wonderful office staff to departure, our visit was fantastic. Staying in a houseboat was unique but the one we were in leaned so we walked and slept at a slant. The area around it was dirty and under construction and there was not a view of any significant water from the houseboat. Only of other houseboats in a very small inlet. Also when we woke up in the morning the whole boat smelled strongly of sewer gas. No compensation was given for the sewer smell, only that it would be checked on.

Onsite kayak rental at a good price, close to bridge for fishing, and they sell bait onsite. The bed was significantly too soft for my husband and I. The kitchen was well equipped.
