「Perfect chill vibe, easy chech- in, nice people, great location!」

「Absolutely horrible stay. It took over an hour to get the key code. The place looks like an unfinished Boy Scout project. Everything is old and dirty and rusty . Cigarette butts on the beach. Everything is rundown and damaged. I don’t believe that there was even a credible architect building this place. I felt like I was in a horror movie. Last but not least We found out that the place is for sale…..No wonder !」

「The parking area is huge compared to the number of rooms for rent. Only met the property manager on check-in. Very nice. Has lived in the Keys for over 40 years. The window A/C was very strong and lound for the small space. The room was small but included 2 very nice bed end tables, TV, Refrigerator, but no freezer, round table and chair and of course a TV. The tiled floor was a nice touch. Very clean. The buildings a spread far enough apart you don't hear much from the other renters. 」

「Great Stay Everytime! We stay at the Kingsail about 3 times per year. The rooms are Always clean, Staff is Excellent, Great views of Lagoon, Kyacks, Pool, is impeccable, and more! Reasonable rates, Great location. We caught our biggest fish right off the dock! Big shout out to Derek, and staff for a great time! Thanks again!」

However!!! the staff that was present went above and beyond giving us everything we needed and helped us enjoy our stay greatly. They cleaned every single day beautifully and provided recommendations even if we originally needed some help with Google translate. Love y'all. We will definitely be back.」

「When I checked in the host was super friendly. The room was beautiful. The entire stop was much much better than I expected. I would recommend this Motel to anyone. they have rooms, cabins and an area for RV's. So very nice.」

「We loved our stay here. We had a beautiful room with an amazing view of the ocean and the pool. Everything was super clean everywhere! It was extremely well kept. The complementary breakfast was amazing in the morning. And the little store has everything you need. The little gift shop was great as well the restaurant under the tiki hut was delicious too! I highly recommend this place two pools open till 10 PM jet ski boating fishing and right across the street from the hotel we saw the most...

「Yes, it was a wonderful experience. The location was not the best behind a Publix and the staff was terrible and you can’t fish off the boats. There’s no cleaning products and nothing was cleaned during our four days day. Otherwise it was great. We had a great time a light broken screen came off stuff like that but otherwise yeah, we had a great time, but I think they could be more friendly and they can allow you to fish off the house but they could help you with the kayaks and not be rude I...

「I’ve been to this resort several times and there’s a reason for that. This place has everything you need. Clean, spacious. Fun atmosphere for the families. Food was great at the restaurant. Great place I would recommend to anyone.」
