This is an outstanding set up for families with kids. I would definitely stay here again. The staff at check in was fair, housekeeping and around the pool excellent. I thought food and drinks on site were significantly overpriced. BYOB and plan to dine out in town.

I never actually stayed at the property. Two days before my family trip, my young son had to have emergancy surgery. We had to postpone our trip. The manager at Tranquility was extremely helpful and willing to refund our money. I couldn’t be more impressed with how easy the resort made it for me and my family in our time of need. All 3 pools were beautiful, I loved the surrounding landscape. The two bedroom / 2.5 bath villa was wonderful. I loved sitting on the villas deck each morning to drink my coffee and enjoy the palm tree ocean view. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals! I would definitely recommend.
