Fantastic resort with the wow factor. The lagoon pool was amazing and never too crowded. Beach front was great and we loved the tiki bar and beach games area. Our villa was perfect for a family of 5, well ladies our and a perfect base for our holiday.

The resort is overall is fabulous. We vacationed with our kids who had plenty to do to be entertained (swimming, volleyball, ping pong, corn hole). Watching the sunsets from the Tiki Bar is where we spent most of our evenings!

This is an outstanding set up for families with kids. I would definitely stay here again. The staff at check in was fair, housekeeping and around the pool excellent. I thought food and drinks on site were significantly overpriced. BYOB and plan to dine out in town.

The property is well kept and extremely clean. One of the cleanest I have ever seen to my delight. The restaurant's menu was amazing and the food fresh and delicious. The only thing I wasn't happy was the fees and extra expenses that appeared out of the blue at the check out...In my opinion those things should have been included in the reservation. Overall the experience was outstanding.

This was a very nice property. Very well maintained. Our 3 bedroom villa was very clean. Had all essential cookware in the kitchen. New coffee packs were provided every day. The housekeepers came in and tidied and changed the towels daily emptied garbage etc.. Sheets are changed after 4 days. 2 pool options. A adult only pool and the main pool. There is a private Beach area with lounges. Great local restaurants all around. Keywest about an hour away.

We had a very nice stay at Tranquility Bay. The resort is beautiful, the grounds are well maintained, and the beach and pool areas are perfect for relaxing. The overall atmosphere is peaceful and ideal for a family getaway. However, I do think Villa 35 needs some attention. The furniture and carpet were clean, but they had several visible stains that made the villa look worn and did not give the best impression. Also, the remote control for the living room TV felt sticky and should have been cleaned or replaced before our arrival. These details did not ruin our stay, but for a resort of this level, I would expect the interior of the villa and frequently touched items to be in better condition. With some updates and a little more attention to these details, the experience would be even better.
