Toiletries like soap were marginal. Coffee maker in room was inoperable and front desk had no others to substitute. Breakfast was sparse and several items like toast and fruit were not available. Parking was convenient and front desk staff friendly and helpful.

The tv remote was literally missing most of the buttons looked like a dog had chewed on it. Thankfully we didn’t need it. There was some kind of party in the breakfast area on the last night of our stay, got quite loud for the majority of the evening. Didn’t know they rented out the breakfast area for private parties. The place was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was anything but a “full” breakfast. Would probably find other accommodations if we’re ever in the area again

Outside needs an upgrade. Signs need to be upgraded. Entry drive needs to be upgraded. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good (except for the waffle makers)

No need to worry it was just fine.

The room was extremely clean, but it did smell like old smoke. The air conditioner dripped, so the carpet was wet under the unit, but the bed was super comfy and the bathroom was extra clean. The staff was great and very accommodating. I did not go down for the breakfast so I can’t remark on that. I would stay here again. Quite honestly, though, if you need to stay in Kilmarnock, you have no other choice. I would not be scared of this Best Western. It was fine.
