「There are still some trash inside the trash can. Inside the room there was the unmistakable odor because of the trash... Some hairs are on the bed. I believe they didn't clean the pillow nor the sheet... The heater is too small. Even turn it to the max power, it's still cold in the room.」

「My family loved Tanque Verde ranch! There were so many activities and my younger girls (aged 10) loved the kids program. My 12 year old son found it to be a little too “kiddie” for his taste, felt like it was geared towards young elementary aged kids. The food was great, our room was great, staff were nice, horses were amazing! Wish the food prices and menu hadn’t been changed for spring break, made our meal charges way higher for the week.
