Our view was amazing, walls are a little thin between cabins. The staff was great! We enjoyed our stay very much. Had to leave a day sooner than expected but we enjoyed staying there.

Being on a Real working Dude Ranch was an Experience of a lifetime !!! The Views of the Grand Tetons was Spectacular from our Beautiful cabin, the Staff very helpful and Friendly, seeing all the Horses in the coral every morning, the cute Shop and Restaurant, the whole Atmosphere of Heart 6 Ranch was Truly Fabulous ♥️🐴🧲

The room was adequate. The employees were not personable at all. We were going to sleep in because had a long day but they were working on a project right outside our room. We just wanted water to drink with our meal but we had pay for the cup.

Such a beautiful place and close to both Yellowstone and Tetons, and just a little away from closest gas station. They had a cafe with good food and great people working there. We had a room, and it was situated really good. The only negative was that hot water only lasted 5 minutes and that you could hear your neighbor room easily through the walls. So everyone’s bathroom break was heard and when they spoke. But, all in all this is a rustic beautiful place, and I highly recommend !!

Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. The food left a bit to be desired, stale bread, small menu and expensive for what it was. The property is a working ranch. A bit junked up, but that's to be expected? Great antique touches all over the property. Guests can stay in Conestoga wagons or tepees for a discounted rate.Lots of activities were offered. All in all, it was a nice experience. We didn't need luxury. Staff was very friendly.

room had rat droppings, no soap, ants, pet hair everywhere. Probably we were first guests of the season for that room. staff was extremely welcoming and warm. I hope they had done a better job of prepping the room.

If you like super rustic this is for you. However for the price I expected soap containers to be filled. No hand towels and the hot water didn’t last very long so couldn’t finish my shower. Wi-Fi was okay at best. But great views.

If you cant clean and quiet dont stay here..Paper thin walls and no tv..Not even a trash can.. the 1 chair we had the leg was broke so couldn't use it. Bathroom full of ants. Bed hard as a rock and flat pillows.. people next door said they had rodents..Definitely the worst place I have paid to stay..Horse back riding looked fun... Staff was very unfriendly.. went to try and order food the staff didnt wana waiting on anyone so had to drive a hour to eat somewhere...Definitely ship this place othet the the riding.. Dont waste you money ..God to the hatchet down the road.

Booked this for my parents were passing through to see Yellowstone. Based on good ratings and boy was I wrong. The bathroom was gross with used shampoo wrappers left in the untouched and uncleaned shower. An old toothbrush on the floor, the body wash and conditioner were empty containers and when calling the staff, we were told there was nothing to do. Calling them twice, we were told we’d get a call back from a manager…nothing happened. For almost THREE HUNDRED a night, the room was completely unattended and unacceptable. Very disappointed and would recommend checking out other hotels in the area.

The ranch was a unique experience. The view of the valley was wonderful and as a bird watcher I enjoyed wandering the hillside and finding some great birds. The room was large but we were surprised not to find a TV. As seniors we didn't ride horses but they were a wonderful edition to the place. If you are looking for suggestions, it would be the dinner hour where better service should be provided. No one really introduced themselves or told us that we had to get the menus ourselves and then walk back to give our order. By the time my hamburger was served, my wife was 1/2 finished with her meal. A gratuity was charged, not left to the customer even though the server didn't do much. The food was good but we did not eat there again. Otherwise we enjoyed ourselves.

Rooms were very tiny, no amenities for the price. Our neighbor said their sheets were dirty so we didn't even chance it. Upon check in a quest was already complaining about their room and having to use an extension cord for power, then the restaurant meal was frozen fish, etc. At first front desk wasnt having it, but then said they'd comp the meal cuz of the room they were in. NO THANK YOU! They wanted $345 at check in, but I found a rate at $281 (complete highway robbery.). Terrible stay, but at least it wasn't 345 for a few hours of sleep, on top of the covers, with old toilet and plug in wall heaters. Pretty rough!

I will start off with the good - the staff were great and it was a neat experience to be on a ranch. The horses were across from our front porch. As for the bad - the walls are paper thin. It sounded like our neighbors were in our room. We could hear their entire conversation. The room is small and was set up kind of weird. Every time I would walk past the bed to get to where my luggage was, I would stub my pinky toe on the raised cement/rock area that had the wood burning heater on it. The bathroom was updated and nice, but the main room could use some love and attention. We had no cell service (Verizon) and the WiFi was very low in our room, one bar and sonetimes nothing.

The only good thing about this property was the view. It is a working ranch on a national forest so they are limited on what they can do for updates. Upon arrival, we were greater with a broken toilet seat. We told front desk and management twice and it was not fixed. We also had a mouse in our room that ate our snacks. Management did not offer any help or solution. I was forced to ask for a room change. Once we changed rooms, the new room was dirty. It had left over trash from the previous guest as well as dirt and hair all of the floor. The heat was stuck on, maintenance came to fix but ended up nicking himself and left a blood trail on his way out. We spoke to management again but the only solution was sweeping the floor and extra towels. I have tried many times to get a resolution but still haven’t received one.
