Cancun Vacations from NT$19,188

My daughter and I recently stayed at Fiesta Cancun Villas, and we had an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, accommodating, and respectful. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel welcome. The bell staff was helpful with our luggage, and the housekeeping staff greeted us warmly every day. We were even welcomed with appetizers, which was a thoughtful touch. Throughout our stay, it seemed like every time we turned around there was another kind gesture or service being offered. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our vacation. Most importantly, we felt very safe, relaxed, and well cared for during our stay. This trip was a special getaway for my daughter and me, and we truly enjoyed every moment. Thank you to everyone at Fiesta Cancun Villas for making our vacation such a memorable one. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to others visiting Cancun!

Hi. We took this trip for our 4-year-old daughter's birthday. I do not recommend this hotel based on my experience; the property looks a bit run-down, and the rooms do too. The air conditioning never cooled below 23–24°C (74–75°F)—it was very hot, and we suffered in the heat. When we arrived at the room, the minibar didn't work, there was no hair dryer, and—can you believe it?—the safe bo didn't work either. At the hotel bars, there were many drinks we couldn't order because they were reserved for "members"—it was ridiculous. To top it all off, the hotel's MTS transport service was the absolute worst (I don't recommend it); they didn't notify us about the return trip to the airport or the time we needed to be at reception. Instead, they called to say they were leaving, without having called beforehand to remind us of the time. It was a total disaster; we had to order an Uber to get back, and no one wanted to help us. The food, however, was very good—that part was great. On the other hand, the sea had rough waves and the sand was filthy with sargassum—it was always a red flag situation, can you imagine.

Beautiful property my room was convenient to everything. The omelette lady was excellent. At the breakfast room in the adults only dining. Drinks were excellent all the bartenders made a great White Russian. Now the bed is a little hard. Shower didn’t have hot or warm water. The grill by the pool adults area didn’t replenish food often. The lady wasn’t approachable so we went to royal grill. Dinner was okay. Parasailing is right on our beach. Volleyball in the pool was FUN Water aerobics was fun as well. Pizza was good.

I had a great time on this trip. I was traveling with friends and family and everyone had a great time. The hotel was shutting down for a remodel 2 days after we left, but they were operating at peak efficiency. There was no degradation in service or amenities. I have stayed at several Riu properties and the brand has consistently met or exceeded my expectations

Reservations for restaurants was misleading and difficult. Should be able to make reservations through your room tv. Plus you really didn’t need reservations except for 1 of the restaurants and they advertise you need to for 3 of the restaurants. The misleading of such caused me not to be able to experience a few of the restaurants
