"Best resort ever! Great food, amazing clear water "

"Overall our large group had a nice stay, but I do have to start by saying this is definitely not a 5 start resort. Our room was outdated, barely clean, and not maintained. Activities were lacking and repetitive. Food was mid at best. Even the sit down restaurants seemed to basically have buffet food. Buffet was probably the best option. The staff we encountered though was kind, fun, and helpful! They definitely were a perk to the resort. For the price I wouldn’t stay again. The beach and pools were also pretty nice so we enjoyed that as well. The Riu Parties at Caribe were also a plus, although frustrating that nothing is held onsite and you CANNOT eat at there if you go for the parties. Overall we enjoyed our time away but for the cost I wouldn’t go back!"

"The rooms were clean and the staff were amazing! My only complaints are that the restaurant and room service coffee were undrinkable. You have to get coffee from the Cappuccino Bar or the Lounge 24. Also, it would be great to have beach access near the water sports area. "

"My and the boys came here for our first all inclusive vacation and this place exceeded our expectations. We have so much fun. The best restaurants to eat at are Chopstick the Steakhouse, and the munchies poolside snacks. Luis was an amazing bartending that kept us entertained and laughing all week. Our butlers Gilbert and Daniel were also nothing short of amazing. I would recommend this resort if you like to make new friends, laugh, make memories and party a bit. This is more of a busy constant fun resort. We purchase the diamond club and enjoyed it. I don’t know if we would do it next time but our butler made reservations for us for all restaurants all week upon arrival, restocked our fridge, any questions we had all we had to do was shoot a text, you also get access to a different side of the beach and a different pool with the diamond club. The only thing that didn’t live up to our expectations was the rooftop bar and pool, we just didn’t use it much. This resort is also close to downtown hotel zone and safe walking distance, and lastly our check in and check out was smooth. I’d come back next week if I could. "

"Two Bedroom Suite is advertised as ocean front, but only the master bedroom is as such. The second bedroom is facing the garden with minimal water view. Disappointed for being advertised as ocean front."
