"Beach is excellent - overall great value. Did have noise in hallway several nights woke us up at 2:30 and 4am and door is not sound proof. Overall I would recommend though. Airport shuttle that hotel arranged did not show so bellman was helpful to get us another after waiting 25 minutes. "

"Great staff, but the "Sun Club Master Suit" experience fell short of expectations. We booked the Sun Club Master Suite Ocean Front, expecting the VIP treatment typically associated with a high-end suite. Unfortunately, the service was rarely proactive; I often found myself following up on requests and experiencing long wait times. The Logistics: It was quite difficult to locate the pre-booked Amstar private shuttle at the airport. The Property: While well-maintained, the resort feels aged, and our room felt significantly dated for the price point. The Highlights: About 90% of the staff were wonderful and friendly, and the food was decent. Verdict: Between the aging facilities and the lack of proactive service, I didn't feel the experience was worth the premium we paid."

"Absolutely the best resort in Cancun!! After staying at the Ziva resort n Punta Cana, we were excited to visit this resort in Cancun. The Hyatt Ziva brand is one of few that lives up to the hype and is consistent with their high standards of excellence!! As soon as you pull up to the entrance, you are transported to paradise! The entire staff is so considerate, welcoming, and pleasant! The club level staff (Emmanuel, Natalia, and America) were very attentive, remember you by name, and are so happy to do whatever they can to make your vacation incredible! The entire property is so immaculate and clean! Difference is in the details to remind you around every corner that you are at a 5-star resort! From the incredible views everywhere you look, luscious landscaping, incredibly maintained facilities, and that fabulous scent everywhere!! The pools are perfectly temperate, clean, and large enough to keep it from ever feeling crowded! The spa is wonderfully luxurious! Dina’s hands are magic!! Let’s be honest, though, it’s the food that determines if you’re getting your money’s worth…Hyatt Ziva does not disappoint!! The variety of restaurants and lounges keeps you from getting bored and is sure to pamper your pallet and satisfy your stomach!! There is sooo much more to boast about, but you really need to experience it yourself to truly appreciate how amazing this resort truly is!! We will definitely be back soon!!"
