Overall, I didn’t feel the “all-inclusive” experience was worth it. The hotel is fine if you’re just looking for a decent room, but beyond that, it fell short. The bar service had long waits, the environment was noisy, and the elevators were unreliable with frustratingly long wait times. When I went to schedule a massage, I was pushed into a 90-minute membership sales pitch instead. They also handed me a so-called “$300 voucher,” which turned out to just be a booklet of discount coupons, not actual credit. On top of that, Expedia advertised my room as either a king bed or two doubles. Since I booked the luxury ocean view room for my wife and me, I expected a king. Instead, we were given a double bed and I was unable to change it, which was very disappointing and far from the “luxury” experience I paid for. The one bright spot was the staff, who were genuinely lovely, but overall this resort did not meet the standards I’d expect from a place marketed as “luxury.”

The balconies were really cute. My rooms air conditioning and fan did not work. It was very dry and hot my entire stay. The swim up bars are nice, but the music sucked. Food needs improvement. The elevators were narrow and took forever to come when called at all hours of the day. The spa was amazing!

The service is unbelievably good! Esther is amazing and Daniel at the front desk is awesome! The Royalton staff surprised me with birthday decor upon arriving in my rooms! I love you guys and see you soon!

Butler service is exceptional. The restaurants are very good and lots of choices from the buffet to specialty restaurants. Customer service from the whole staff is amazing and great entertainment during the day and night.

Our stay here was phenomenal. Firstly, the food and service here is 5 star. Well, I am so happy that I did not listen to those Debbie Downers because this hotel stay is in the books! At the Elements Restaurant Buffet, which was top tier food and selections, the service is genuinely the BEST I’ve seen. The waiters are not beckoning for tips or complaining if tips are not left for them. They genuinely care about the clientele and I was so impressed by them. We met Salvador, Fernando who gave us exceptional table service. Even Heidy the hostess at the door, remembered our names and room number by heart. I mean seriously!!! I was so pleased with the food quality and selection that I (after 1 Mojito) requested to speak with the Manager of the Buffet to let them know what an incredible job she’s done. The waiter Fernando actually called her over: Tonantzi, and she listened to our input for the next 20 minutes and became good friends with us. Tona and her crew have displayed the best hospitality to me and my husband. The next day, she looked for us at the buffet and even had Felix the Main Chef at the Buffet, serve us grilled lamb on a station by our table as well as fresh Churros and Cafe with apple and cinnamon. To top it off, on Tuesday, they had the Mexican Party (done weekly outside by the patio) and that was one of the most FUN events I’ve ever participated in. We danced on stage, I got serenaded by the main singer for my birthday. The Hospitality never stops here!!!

The staff at Royalton Chic was excellent. Everyone did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. More specifically I would like to mention our butlers Diego and Gilbert, all of the staff at the diamond club pool, and Rudolfo and Marteen at the Hacienda. These people were wonderful. Our problems were mostly with your restaurants and room service. Every restaurant except for the hacienda provided very small servings. For example, at the italian place (Verdi) I ordered a pasta dish and it came in a very small bowl that would have been the size of a side dish at any other italian restaurant I have eaten at. The steak house served me a piece of meat that was about a quarter inch thick, was over cooked and had no flavor. the steak house did not even offer a filet. I have never stayed at an all inclusive that was that cheap with their menu items. As for room service, we ordered coffee our first morning there. After an hour of waiting, we finally went downstairs and got our own coffee. Our butler Diego set up coffee for us every morning after that. While I appreciate this effort by Diego, this meant we had to be awake and in the room at a certain time each morning just to get coffee. I prefer to vacation on my schedule; not yours. For the above reasons, we will not return to your resort in the future. This is unfortunate because your staff is excellent but those making policies and procedures should all be replaced.

Sense of arrival and and Peoples customer service. It is Amazing. Food was good. Waiters waitress Hostes they All Are Amazing, compromising With The resorts to offer a great service to all the customers. I don’t see any supervisor around checking up on customers. For example, on restaurants. I don’t see any Capitan or restaurant manager to ensure service . Like a Find Dining . the Waiters in HostesThey did a great job. As soon as you get to the resort, if you look up at the ceiling, you will see wires Felling down, and it seems like the resort is under construction. Needs to get fixed. Restaurants at the main lobby as well. It was dirty,All the time, smells good, but I couldn’t use any toilet. Guess why? But I will come back for sure ! They have great people working with!
