"Excellent hotel. TT room was really nice with a beautiful view of the ocean. Staff were very efficient, very polite and hard working. Two nice beaches and pool sides to visit. Cabana BN was very quiet and relaxing. Short waits only for dinners, resort never felt busy and it was middle of March Break. Join the Facebook fans page to have any questions answered before you arrive. 20-25 minutes to the airport. Excellent gym facilities. Bars open to 12/1:00am at night. Lots of activities during the day for kids. Great pool options. So many food choices throughout the entire day. Adult only breakfast options in the am were a nice idea. One of the best resorts we have stayed in in Cancun area. "

"My husband and I went there for our honeymoon and we had a really good time. We just wanted to enjoy the sun and the beach. The resort is really nice especially if you have kids. Staff are really kind and helpful. Rooms were good too. Food was average, but we still enjoyed the variety and the service. You might need to reserve to eat at some of the restaurants, although most of the food found in those restaurants is also served in the buffet area. You will also need to take your own beach towels, because most of the time they won't be available. The hotel should definitely buy more towels instead of making people wait for towels to be washed. In conclusion, there are a lot of bad reviews that are very much exaggerated in my opinion, and I would definitely recommend this resort."

"Excellent service from maintenance, housekeeping, bellboys, front desks to food service staff. This was my first trip alone with my daughter for international travel and the staff made me feel welcome and safe at the resort. Love the variety of food and snack at the resort including the cofee bar and sweet treat bar! will definitely come back with the rest of the family!"
