「Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. 」

「The hotel was very aesthetically pleasing. The staff were polite and helpful. My room was clean, and the cleaning service was done well daily. I have no complaints! It’s more of a quiet/chill hotel. If you’re looking for more craziness and fun this wouldn’t be the ideal stay for you.」

「Did not use airport shuttle. Everything was perfect except air conditioner in room made loud rumbling sound for 4 minutes each, then shut off and would return every 15 minutes keep us up most of the night. Please fix it. Other than that the hotel was clean, very central and with very attentive staffs. Breakfast was the best, lunch and dinner were average.」
