My stay at the Cancun Suite Apartments was overall good. The property was very reasonably priced and located in a great area. There were multiple food options nearby, and it was also a convenient pickup point for excursions since we were right across the street from the Riu. The balcony view was honestly breathtaking-we could see through the Riu lobby and enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean. Towels were provided, and whenever we ran out, the host was quick to supply more. The apartment was very clean and had great internet service. The only downside was that the bathtub did not drain fast enough. However, this issue started toward the end of our stay, and I messaged the host the day before our departure. If I had reached out earlier, I'm sure the issue would have been resolved promptly. Overall, I would definitely book this location again. It was a good experience

The property was functioning, spacious and clean that served us perfectly throughout our holiday to Cancun. However except to get what your paying for, the immediate surrounding area is essentially an abandoned high street and abandoned mall, which can feel a little creepy at times. As long as your content with this and are not expecting a 5* resort then this place is perfect for a holiday to Cancun on a budget.

Nice apartment set up. I had the duplex with a kitchen and upstairs loft which was very spacious. The place is located in an older shopping center, there was parking for my rental, just have to let the parking guy know that you have a reservation. Beach access to playa caracol is very easy and the property is located very close to the dinning and night life but it’s far enough that you don’t get any noise at night.

The place was difficult to find, in an alley way that felt very sketchy. When we got to the place, there was no proper reception table, just a table and a guy sitting there. He asked ME what room I am in - I said I don't know, shouldn't you be telling me this? Eventually he told me my room, and the key was in a lock box, so we needed to return it ourselves. My father-in-law's room was leaking under the sink - he had to put towels under to absorb the water. When he complained, nothing was done about it. Also like to mention that if you get the room that has two floors, its not safe for young children because the stairs and railings have large gaps so little kids can easily fall off.

Great location, short walk to grocery store, restaurants, nightlife, beach, and souvenir shops. Easy check-in, cameras on the property, and security made us feel very safe. Definitely worth the price, would book here again if in Cancun!

There was roaches on the bed and not willing to fix the issue. I do not recommend this place. We left early due to the bug issue and they did not refund us. Owner was not accommodating or helpful.

We booked this stay and upon arrival, the check in desk was a small security guard desk. The security guard did not speak any English at all, so we struggled with communication. He could not find our reservation and had to call someone else. Finally, the person on the phone confirmed our reservation. He gave us our keys and wi-fi password and we went to our room. We unpacked and got settled. Before bed, we noticed that the window in the room, that was outlooking the hallway at a low height, had a broken lock. The window therefore, was able to be opened from the inside or outside, meaning if someone was in the hallway, they were able to open our window and could potentially get inside. It was late, and we had no other option but to go to sleep. We put a clothes hanger in the window to try to keep it shut, and also put a rack in front of it with glasses on it in case anyone did try to open it. We felt very unsafe there. In the morning, we ended up leaving the property due to feeling unsafe. I tried speaking to the front desk about it, but again, the person did not speak any english. I felt frustrated and defeated about the situation. We figured if we called Expedia, they could help us try to work it out as we booked 3 nights, but only stayed one due to feeling unsafe. We had to pay for another stay. Expedia did try calling the property but they told them they can't refund us. I'm not sure how you can expect someone to pay to stay in a room where anyone could get in. Very unsafe

El apartamento esta en una excelente ubicación, es espacioso y limpio. Lo único que notar es que no hay elevador para poder trasladar el equipaje, las almohadas y camas deben ser cambiadas por mas cómodas son demasiado duras incluso tuve un espasmo muscular lumbar el segundo día.

Caro para lo que es. Sucio , no ofrece restaurante ni cuenta con equipo funcionando. La cocina no se puede usar. Electrodomésticos no sirven. Tuve que lavar contenedor de agua de Moo.
