「Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. 」

They are truly there to help all the guests. Hospitality is about people. They really get that. I appreciated their help. Even the first and the second night my room was just next to the party area . I can heard the music very loud in my bed . I couldn’t sleep well after a long day traveling. They help out to change another quiet room for me...

「Great stay! All staff members were extremely friendly. Shout out to Abraham and Andy at El Patio, amazing dining experience and shoutout to Isaac at the preferred beach area. Went as a solo female traveler and I felt very safe. Food was good and numerous options, beach absolutely stunning! And the room with ocean front balcony was the way to go. Will stay again. Thank you all for the wonderful stay! 」
