"The only downside is that it doesn’t have its own nightlife / party. You can travel to the other sister hotels but you need to leave by specific days as it’s because of shuttles. They do host shows for entertainment but we had to go downtown for that nightlife"

"At check in we received a QRCode to reserve at restaurants for 3 days we where unable to booked I tried to talk to front desk and they said to use the QR code they couldn’t do anything at fourth day I went and demanded to be helped finally they filled a form to reserve my parents also reserved at Expedia they said they didn’t reserved in Expedia so they couldn’t help them make reservations after going several times to front desk finally the manager took care of everything on my last reservation at the Italian restaurant they only have 10 min tolerance I was there exactly at 9:39 my reservation was at 9:30 the captain was not there he came to help at 9:45 and said they couldn’t serve us anymore I did argued Inwas there on time he literally said I was lying so I say d you have camaras? Please check them you’ll see I’m not lying and walk away the French and seafood restaurant are the best in food and service over all it’s very good for family with children but not really for young adults"

"Me and my boyfriends first time in Mexico , Cancun and it was amazing the resort was veryyyyy clean ! Couldn’t believe it the food was mid some nights was good the only thing was there was never any reservations available for the other restaurants on the resort. There was always something to do the bartenders amazing Jose, Abram I believe , and the 2 young ladies at the front desk the day I checked in amazing the weather was amazing but overall definitely recommended !!!"
