「I love the quiet location of this hotel. Not quite in central London but just close enough to be convenient. The hotel has lots of space, both in common areas and in particular, the rooms. They are quite spacious and comfortable. Elevators quick and fast. Staff was great. Our reception, Shokh, was particularly kind, efficient and helpful to both myself and family. He went out of his way to assist in all demands. Would definitely stay there again. I think that it is good value for money.」

「we had 2 rooms for 4 nights, both rooms were clean and comfortable. hairdryer, ironing and a nespresso maschine... all you need for a stay. bus stop and underground nearby. the staff is super friendly and helpful gladly again!!!」

「地點方便、隔音良好，有幾晚附近酒吧有聚會，都可以瞓覺。房間算乾淨。尤其是11月3日星期天下午當值的兩位前台職員，態度友善，協助我們預約的士，當中來回的電話查詢，他們都樂意幫忙。美中不足是，第一晚在浴室沖涼時，亦都不算沖太耐，始終是花灑浴室。大概12至14分鐘左右，突然間整個浴室燈關上。要拉開浴室門，向顯示燈揮揮手，才着燈。都嚇一嚇。家人話可能是環保裝置…」

「非常適合參加各種一日遊行程的人，起點都在住宿附近的coach station,回程都在飯店附近下車，超級方便！福建坐公車也很方便，飯店人員也都很願意幫忙！記得入口是階梯，但有個按鈕可以請求飯店人員幫忙，或是走上去請飯店人員協助就好！」
