「The location is exceptional, situated in close proximity to Paddington station. However, I was unaware that every underground pass causes the entire room to vibrate. It is possible that this is due to my room being situated on the ground floor. Additionally, my room is conveniently located near a coffee machine. Even when guests check in at 1:00 AM, the reception staff remains remarkably friendly and provides directions to the coffee machine. Furthermore, I am able to hear all conversations...

「The location is good. However this is an old hotel, most of the lifts are out of service for my entire trip (8 days), and I was even trapped in the lift for few mins. Besides, the housekeeper is impolite and he felt annoyed when my husband requested for the wrong item. 」

「This is easily the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We had three rooms and none of them had working AC, we booked king beds suites and all the rooms had twin beds pushed together. The heat and the gap in the bed made this worse than a travelodge. On top of this, the design of the rooms is extremely backwards, there’s no space in the room, the bathroom has a weird skinny shape, the shower room opened against the door and could barely move inside the shower.
