We had a great stay overall. We had a twin bed room — the room was a bit small overall still really nice aesthetically.
Air conditioning was a bit hard to manage as it wouldn’t drop when we adjusted it before bed leading to waking up in night sweats since the only bedding they provide was comforters.
We got to visit the sky bar once but they are only opened on certain days which was a bummer.
Staff was nice, they provide water and cookies on the reception floor that you can refill with a cup.. I do wish the room had water instead, we opted for a convenient store around the corner.

I have stayed many times over the years at Harte & Garter. It’s a great location with very helpful staff. It’s also charming and the views of Windsor Castle are lovely.
