「I’ve stayed here many times and can’t fault anything. Spotless, great service, lovely pool area with hot tub and steam/sauna with aerobics classes all included in your stay. The restaurant 1269 serves lovely food and breakfast is good. There’s nothing directly outside hotel or within walking distance but a short drive will take you into Gerrards Cross and Beaconsfield if you want more restaurants. I’ll be back again 😊」

「Excellent stay hotel very quirky great place to stay. Room was very good staff and food very good. 」

「酒店位置不错，就在海德公园旁边，附近有2个地铁站。订的双床房，房间很小，刚入住插电时保险丝烧坏，房间没电了，也修不好，给我们临时换了大床房，结果连住几天也没有服务员给我们换回双床房（请改进）。酒店没有冷空调，被子还很厚，走廊都比房间凉快，睡觉一身汗太难受。」

「Room was small but comfortable. Housekeeping during the stay could have been better (floor was not vaccumed around chair/desk area). Otherwise clean and comfortable. Water and coffee available downstairs at all times. Remember there is no elevator. 」

「The room is super tiny, but the location is excellent, easy to get around the city and the airport and train stations. The staff is helpful, but the walls are very thin so it is strongly recommended to bring ear plugs. 」

「Unique decor that looks just like the photos; well-equipped (especially the kitchenette); bed was comfortable; everything was clean. Great location — had a bus stop right outside, was within walking distance to multiple Tube stations (including Earl’s Court, which offers step-free access and was one direct trip from Heathrow Airport via the Piccadilly Line). 「A very nicely furnished hotel which is centrally located in the city. Just minutes off walk to Nottinghill Gate Station. Environment was nice but upon arriving my room, there were two flies inside and I spent quite some time getting them away. I thus had to keep my window shut all the time, so it was quite stuffy inside the room. Mattress was a bit too soft too. 」

「I accommodated here with my mum who's in wheelchair & I remarked our condition in the booking before checking in. However, I found the bathroom is the same as ordinary people when I saw there's a step up to the shower cubicle. As the bathroom floor doesn't have sewage, she's unable to take shower over the stays. As it's co-operated with Ibis in the same building, I'd rather go for Ibis next time as they literally provide a full accessible bathroom to us last year. Although Mercure is new...
