"It was okay. In terms of the area, it's amazing. Very central. The British Museum is 10 min walk from it. We got to do a lot without using the tube much, which is always nice. In terms of the facilities and personnel, the mattress was uncomfortable & the guy in the breakfast room a bit rude. I guess for the price it's okay, but not brilliant."

For a start The number given for check in was not working, luckily there was someone there who phoned them for us as there was no one in reception,contrary to what was advertised. When we checked in it turns out our room was in cricklewood(15 mins walk away),not in Chatsworth road as advertised. This is very bad and not fair on the guests. "Like many other reviewers, I have to complain about the metal drawers at the bottom of the bunk beds. I thought I'd be ok with it because I usually wear earplugs. But those noises are unavoidable unless you put on shooting ear mufflers. I constantly woke up at night due to that noise and wasn't able to sleep well during my 3 day stay there. Although they offered the cheapest price for a great location, I would have picked a different place where I can at least sleep through the night."

"Easy Check-in. Helpful staff, always there for you to help. Many restaurants nearby and many transport links are available. Right across Hyde Park, some minutes away from Oxford Street and less than about two minutes away from the Paddington station where my train got me and took me back to the airport. The location is very convenient and the kind owner is always there to offer sightseeing advice as well as a hot cup of tea. As for the rooms, they were clean and quiet. The only bad part was that...

"This small hotel was a perfect location in central London for my mixed business/family trip. A very short walk from the Thames, London Eye, The British Museum, many theaters and other attractions. Many convenient pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean, comfortable, functional and reasonably sized for the price. (I have paid more for much less space in London)."
