An excellent stay for our first time visiting London! Staff was kind and helpful and the accommodations were comfortable and clean. We had a lovely time and were happy to find how easy it was to travel around the city from the hotel’s ideal location right down from Paddington. Clean and pleasant hotel for a short stay in London. I chose it for its proximity to Paddington station. The only slight issue I encountered was noise from other rooms/guests.
