「Pros: Hotel is clean. Pillow is very comfy. Location is convenient close to Fulton St Station and many downtown attractions. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Cons: no coffee maker at room, room temperature can only be adjusted up to 74 degrees, which was too cold for us. # please note there will be $100 deposit and $20 facility fee per night. 」

「Room was clean, clean towels, we stayed for four days and had paper products at the front desk which was nice (didn’t need to go out and purchase). The front desk checked in with us daily to insure we didn’t need anything (another bonus), first day we had a minor issue with the heat - front desk was highly responsive and came to fix it. I highly recommend 17 John!! We will definitely stay here again. 」
