The hotel is definitely worth every cent. Clean, very comfy, great location and the staff was friendly as well as accommodating. The presidential suite was more than enough for our family of four. The Fulton train station is a few doors down. Dining options are wonderful.

Room was clean, clean towels, we stayed for four days and had paper products at the front desk which was nice (didn’t need to go out and purchase). The front desk checked in with us daily to insure we didn’t need anything (another bonus), first day we had a minor issue with the heat - front desk was highly responsive and came to fix it. I highly recommend 17 John!! We will definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Really enjoyed my time here. The room was clean and stylish, and the location couldn’t be better. close to the subway, good coffee spots, and the World Trade Center area. Everything felt easy and comfortable. I’d happily stay here again.

Very clean conditions. Room was quite spacious. Had what you would expect for an apt/hotel. Only inconvenient part was lack of parking garages in immediate vicinity given temp construction right now. Would def stay again next time im in nyc.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay in a spacious and well equipped apartment in 17 John. Everything we could need for a short stay in New York was available. Apartments are just a few minutes walk from Fulton Street subway, but also surrounded by local shops and restaurants. Brooklyn Bridge is also just a few minutes walk away. Reception is manned 24/7, and were really helpful. A small problem with one of the doors in our apartment was fixed on the day reported. Recommended, and hope to return when we next visit New York.

Our room was huge! Nice, apartments style with kitchen, 2 sitting areas and bedroom, bath. Reasonably quiet. Not your typical hotel experience...someone is on duty at all times but it is not a hotel lobby, reception area. Honestly, we asked for a pillow and it took days and multiple requests to get one. Finally my husband went to the room on the hall where the cleaning staff was based and got one. We didn't need any services and we were fine with that. But don't expect to have your beds made, etc. Convenient location....odd vibe with sort of gritte side street vibe, but never felt unsafe. Easy access to subway and all of lower Manhattan. I would stay again.

Excellent hotel with moderate service

The room was very nice and clean upon arrival with all I was expecting from an appartment style hotel. Great location for who's looking to stay on Financial District. + Laundry machines are free of use. I just don't give a 5 stars review because I thought very surprising that even during a trip of 9 nights, the hotel didn't offer any room cleaning. They offered fresh towels but if I wanted to change the sheets, I had to take care of that. + one of the receptionist could definetly use a little more kindness and smiles (all the others were great!)

Great wifi for remote working and desk setup. Loved the location. This is a hotel/airbnb hybrid so they didn’t have the cleaning services of a typical hotel. Someone was at the front desk at all times.
